Great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take on the commercial running of 3-4 small sites across the South East of the UK. Work From Home and Site Visits.
Civil Engineering
Salary up to £50,000 + package Experience necessary: Civil Engineering Foundations, Deep and shallow drainage, concrete works, retaining walls, surfacing 3-4 Small projects to visit and oversee commercially, site visits once a week to each, then work from home the rest of the time. Projects valued between £500k and £4m typically, each with a 4-12 month life span.
Ongoing works for 5 years in the region on this basis. Rewards:
Salary up to £50,000 + Car package, Pension, holidays etc Duties include: Valuations, variations, cost control, material monitoring & purchasing, CVR's, final account's, etc.
Reporting to Managing Quantity Surveyor every 2 weeks . Site Visits and WFH Quantity Surveyor
