The Role

Dolphin Court in Southend:on:Sea, Essex, provides person:centred, responsive, residential and nursing care. The home is a purpose:designed building for adults with a wide range of needs, including acquired brain injury or stroke, intellectual and physical disability.

The seafront location means 13 of the 15 self:contained flats overlook the beach. All flats are bright and spacious, and they offer two flats for couples. Their accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with daily nursing care.

Skills And Qualifications

You do not need any qualifications or experience to join as an Enabling Support Worker. They only ask that you have the ambition to make a positive contribution to peoples life, are compassionate and kind.
