  • Champion exceptional member service, ensuring timely responses and accurate information
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the subscriptions department, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and development
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a seamless membership experience
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including the annual lapsing campaign and data reconciliation projects You be an ideal candidate if you have:
  • Proven track record in membership management, customer service, and team leadership
  • Expert knowledge of database management and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent comms and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
