The Opportunity

Due to increased project growth, an incredible opportunity has become available for an experienced Engineering Data Tools Administrator to join a leading engineering contractor at the forefront of a well-established engineering contractor.

The role

As an Engineering Data Tools Administrator, you will be responsible for providing management of Mantis tools (OPM, UKDC, UK-ICM) alongside liaising with the Design configuration and Design coordination managers and Engineers.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

Identification and management of users and roles in the tool (creation/evolution/deactivation of accounts).

Coordinate, develop and implement minor tool adaptations that are under the perimeter. Identification, treatment, and correction of issues (bugs). Analyse development requests from users, specify, implement, test, and support the production of the functionalities that have been developed by Mantis developers.

Continuous improvement of data quality in the data bases, including management of correcting routines

Main entry point to support users, incl. management of generic admin mailbox

Support to the teams with mass data treatment (extract, post treatment, injection…)

Data analysis with Excel, development of KPI (Excel and PowerB).You will have the following Qualifications and experience

Degree Level or equivalent in a relevant subject.

At least 3 years’ experience in engineering / data management.

Robust knowledge and extensive experience of data analysis and programming with Excel or other database software.Get in touch now
