Fire & Security Engineer

Full-time

SPS Technical are looking to strengthen its existing team with the addition of an experienced Fire & Security Engineer with a proven background of installation and servicing work.

We are currently working with a number of prestigious clients across the Yorkshire and Humber region, providing them with top quality service.

At SPS Technical we specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of a range fire & security systems, including:

  • CCTV
  • Intruder Alarms
  • Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarms

You will be joining a strong team of experienced Fire & Security Engineers and expected to complete a range of day-to-day duties including installation and servicing work on a range of security and fire systems.

The successful applicant must have knowledge of a number of manufacturers including:

  • Texecom
  • Menvier
  • Galaxy
  • Scantronic
  • Risco
  • Pyronix
  • Advanced Electronics
  • Hochiki
  • C-tec
  • Morley
  • Apollo
  • Paxton
  • Hikvision
  • Dahua
  • Concept Pro
  • CSL

An excellent package is available for successful applicants comprising:-

Company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, test kit, holiday scheme, great overtime rates and a very competitive salary.


The role will be Hull-based but you will be expected to travel when required to sites across the Yorkshire and Humber region.

The role requires inclusion to our engineers callout rota

Working hours are 08:30 - 17:00 weekdays.
