Job Description
KeyResponsibilities
- Assisting customers to maximise returns on theirAnalyticsinvestment.
- Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence
- Working directly with clients to understand their businessstrategy,programmerequirements &processes
- Demonstrating the future state solution enactment of the articulatedprogrammestrategy in the context ofdata and analytics& related applications and technologies
- Utilising specialist knowledgeof analytics, data warehousing and data engineeringto support the development and expansion ofthe solution footprint to meet clientsâ articulated business strategy.
- Providing solution demonstrations and contribute effectively on new bid work.
- Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures.
- Documenting theProgramme SolutionDesign
- SupportingLead Consultantsin their reviewoffunctional& technicalspecifications for clients of high complexity and quality
- GuidingClient Programme Directors &Project Managers and keeping them informed
- Sharing knowledge with other project team members or other Hitachi Solutions consultants
- Develop direct reportsâ and team membersâ soft skills and support their career development for succession planning.
- Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution EuropeLtd.âsQuality Management Policy.
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge ofthebusiness intelligence applications and analytics
- Strong consulting experience
- Experience of developing customised solutions to complex business problems
- Strong working knowledge ofSolutionand IntegrationDesign
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- A logical approach to problem solving and the structured introduction of change into operational systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Good interpersonal skills
