A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking for an Assistant Principal Designer within CDM to support with Safety Design responsibility for their Residential & High-rise property clients. This Consultancy are proud to have a very sociable CDM Principal Design team who are extremely collaborative, both internally and externally. The CDM Principal Designer will enjoy close-knit team, which always look to promote from within.

Assistant CDM Principal Designer

The Assistant CDM Principal Designer will be supporting within Design meetings and advise clients effectively across their Housing Association and Local Authority clients, as they learn and are supported through the role of Principal Designer within CDM. The projects will cover Residential, Mixed-use Developments, High-rise, Regeneration and Fire remedial works.

Assistant CDM Principal Designer Requirements

• NEBOSH - Construction Health & Safety
• Tech IOSHH Membership
• Experience in leading Design meetings
• APS Membership (preferable)
