Responsibilities: Manage, guide and mentor the Software Engineering team while communicating with stakeholders and senior management. Working in a full stack environment developing and improving the in-house platform Working with product managers, designers, tech leads and developers on project plans and technical execution Mentoring and coaching developers, providing technical guidance and feedback Experience: Strong experience working with MERN stack Strong understanding of AWS Previous experience working successfully as a senior developer Interest or experience within cyber security or education industries Salary They offer an outstanding salary package: up to £69,000 with fully remote working with flexible working hours and a strong benefits package.
